How should I clean and maintain the doll?
Clean with warm water and mild antibacterial soap, pat dry, and apply renewal powder to maintain skin texture. Avoid direct sunlight.
Do dolls come with clothing and accessories?
Each doll comes with basic lingerie by default. You can purchase additional outfits, wigs, and eyes for diverse styles.

Can I return or exchange the doll without reason?
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, returns and exchanges are only accepted for quality-related issues.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If the order hasn’t been shipped, you can contact customer service to update your address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
